It's only accommodating when you are either VIP, DV (distinguish Visitor), National Celebrity or
Foreigner that does not look like pinoy. I was there last fall they don't accommodate us there
because i was a pinoy background. There customer Service is only good those status i mention about.
The Wake Manager Robin is a jerk too. I ask him when is the cable gonna be fix and he answered me in
disrecting manner (making me feel small) |

Wow, it's either you love it or hate it. Does it depend on what day(s) you go? I would love to
check out the CWC but I don't understand the negative feedback...hopefully the mgmt can fix some of
the problems quickly. Customer service is key!! |

Well im kinda disapointed with the rates in CWC as being overpriced compared to the "Tindahans"
outside.. but oh well.. and please take this suggestion.. Your staff members.. are supposed to give
us a welcoming feeling in CWC and i dont feel that everytime i come to CWC when i skate. but oh
well.. atleast i get to skate. :) |

Very disappointed.....6 of booked rooms in advance called 3 times to confirm few in from various
countries to find out the cable ski was broken. WHY DIDNT ANYONE TELL US? Dont waste your time and
money in this park the staff and management dont care about it.... |

i just had my first cwc visit last february. contrary to what i read here, our stay in cwc was
awesome! :) the staff were very accommodating and friendly. :) will be back soon! thanks for the
experience! |

It was indeed a great relaxing experience to go to or visit CWC. it provide both therapeutic
environment and water sports. The Best and It's one best tourist spots in the country. |
