@Donna & Anne: Good to hear from you! I closed the site already since it's quite rendundant now that
there's an FB page for it anyway.
I haven't been to CWC since last April (almost a year now) I do hope I get to find the time (and
the resources :) ) to visit again. I miss the feel of the lake beneath the board and the pull of
the cable overhead. |

cwc's awesome. the chef though in the resto.. err. horrible. he served spoiled lasagna (w/c looked
like baked mac). he wore an over-sized shirt like some sort of rapper. i wish he could learn more
about HACCP if he is to be the chef there for a longer time. he served food that was cooked the
night before!!! gad! i hated the chef.. but the cwc's great. i ahd super fun! |

The service seems to be really suffering at CWC. The wait staff is slow, although the food is
great, but it's not worth the wait. Guys eating behind the bar, huge no-no. I've been in the food
& beverage service for many years, I've been a cook, bartender, waiter, restaurant manager....you
name it, I suggest a few changes for you guys. Name tags for the waiters, light some fires under
their asses, no cell phones, "matching uniforms", just fire the guys that don't want to work, it
worked for me all these years. I hope it gets better, I just bought a house at St. Jude.....Thnaks. |
