By Skier's Choice Press Release
Maryville, TN - For the second consecutive year, Supra boats is a recipient of a prestigious honor by ranking high in customer satisfaction according to a new independent survey.
Every year, the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) polls boat owners to get reaction on performance, reliability and luxury amenities. They call it the Customer Satisfaction Index. And this year, the CSI lauds Supra, a high-performance ski and wakeboard boat made by Skier's Choice in Knoxville, Ten.
"Customer Satisfaction is vital. It's the lifeblood of our company. We are certainly proud that our customer's are pleased with our Supra products. The NMMA's survey shows we are meeting our customers needs. That said we are constantly in the process of improving our product line. We are relentless in seeking new ways to add value to our customer experience. 100% satisfaction is our ultimate end goal." says Rick Tinker, president of Skier's Choice.
The CSI results were announced earlier this month recognizing a select few boat manufacturers for outstanding customer service. To be recognized, a boat maker must achieve and maintain an independently measured standard of excellence of 90% or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by more than 50,000 consumers who purchased a new boat or engine between July 2006 and June 2007.
Thom Dammrich, president of the NMMA, says that the companies achieving the award "are leading the charge to make the best times in every boater's life every day they are on the water, and to make boating the number one choice in recreation."
Supra is Skier's Choice's premium line of tournament boats. The unique Supra Ride System (SRS) optimizes straight line tracking, provides precise speed control, adjusts wake size and shape to rider preference, and surrounds passengers in a stylish, comfortable cabin that is as functional as it is beautiful. Pro riders like Amber Wing, Austin Hair, Ben Greenwood, Josh Sanders, Reed Hansen, and Trevor Hansen all train behind Supras. In 2007, Supra will pull the WWA's World Wakeboarding Championship.
